Philosophy

To create a loving, caring, happy and warm environment, and to assist in the development of your child's physical, mental and emotional needs. Thus making Curtin University Child Care Centre a place where children want to attend and a place where you, the parent or guardian, would be happy and confident about leaving your child in our care.

To create a learning environment deliberately designed to provide exploration and discovery so that children may learn the basic skills of life, with a right to grow with a confident self-image. To develop initiative and self reliance in an atmosphere of trust and structured freedom. Recognising that each child is an individual and must be appreciated and valued for his or her individuality in all areas.

To create an early child hood environment that is comfortable and colourful, which adults and children can share together in a happy and relaxed atmosphere.
