Our Programs are so interesting that we often have Parents comment that they would like to stay!

This is because they are designed to specifically meet the needs and interests of each child. We program for children in groups and as individuals. Ask a staff member to go through a typical program with you. They will discuss the importance of knowledge of children's development, the individual child, their interests and needs, and family needs and plans.

Our process is continuous to ensure we cover the needs of the growing child.

In the Children's Care System, a developmental database is created and maintained on each child.

Observations are made and evaluated, and a program, both individual and group, is developed. This programming involves determining goals and experiences for each child and group.

Any goals and experiences not achieved are considered long term goals (LTG's) and need a review date and schedule. LTG's are assessed and reprogrammed for.

The weekly process starts over again.

Parents and family carers are regularly asked for their input, and every family is invited to take home a copy of the program each week.
